Refunds and Replacement for Lost Orders:  We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed and processed. However, in the event that an order is not delivered within 15 working days due to circumstances such as loss during transit, We will provide a free replacement for the order. If you encounter such an issue, please contact our support team and provide the necessary details for further assistance.

Please note that this replacement policy only applies to situations where an order has been confirmed as lost in transit and has not been successfully delivered within the specified time frame.
